It was a big day on the road today, and out this neck of the woods there is a whole lot of flat wide open planes. Even on the black stuff there is still a lot of water lying around, you could easily be mistaken it is still the wet season. We are meeting people everywhere that are trying to go dirt, but it just isn’t happening – but hey, that adds to the adventure, where to go to next. With all the rain it is remarkably greener for this time of year, and the wildflowers are amazing, as they zoom on by. We camped just outside of Bourke NSW last night and tonight we are in Silverton, movie city of outback NSW, we arrived a bit late for photos but watch this space. Hopefully the rain which has just started will break a little for photos tomorrow, or it will add to the challenge – bring it on I say.
365 days = 365 photographs..rules of engagement; 1.I have to take a photo each day, no matter where I am and what I am doing. 2. Post it, when possible. Not all the places I will be visiting have access to the web; yes I know it is hard to believe but there are still some places like that exist, and they are amazing. 3. No photos from your film library can be used or posted..remember it isn't about the destination, but the journey that takes us there..enjoy. :)
