Day 161: Fresh is best.

 I love to cook, especially when have time to put all the special touches together for a great meal.  On recent trip to China, staying with a family really opened my eyes at how much fresh food they eat and it was great.  My new Chinese Grandma and Mum showed me how to make dumplings and it was so much fun.  Parsley was one ingredient, and maybe it is considered the ‘old fashion’ herb now.  But maybe consider this next time you are reaching for the fresh herbs; contains more vitamin c than oranges,  more iron than spinach, rich in vitamin A, foliate, potassium, and calcium.   All that; packed in its little curly/flat leaves, see good things do come in small packages.
