Home sweet home again, and nature keeps surprising me around here with all the wonderful flowers that pop up in the tropics and surrounding areas. Being the wet season all the gardens are thriving and these little guys; Orthosiphon Aristatus better known as ‘Cat’s Whiskers’ are starting to bloom. After all the recent rains we are very lucky not to be affected by floods like the rest of the state and in Western Australia. Thoughts are definitely with those people who have lost everything, and can’t even begin to image about clean up. It is going to take a long time for them to get back on their feet. With a lot of help I hope that is sooner for them than later; thoughts are with you.
