In a small country town in Northern NSW. What once was a pub, has now been turned into a boutique hotel with restaurant, monthly theatre, and ensuite rooms. Fine dining comes to the country with the candlelight, welcoming warm fire, takes the chill from the bones when you enter. Plus a sip of port doesn't hinder the cause either. I once sat at the front bar where the table now stands, it was a bit of a surreal experience. Still it brings a different touch to the town, and I'm sure if the walls could talk they are just collecting different stories now.
